Finnish Amiga Users Group of Espoo, Finland is pleased to announce its fourth annual Amiga event, Saku 2001.

Following the success of Saku 99, which was visited by some 400-600 Amiga enthusiasts, Saku 2001 will present the latest news and products from the Amiga front, including the next generation Amiga products coming later this year.

Saku 2001 will be held on Saturday September 1st 2001 at the Science Centre Heureka in Vantaa, near Helsinki.

Ladies and Gentleman,

falkemedia, publisher of AMIGAplus, is currently organizing the AMIGA-WORLD-PARK 2001, which will be held parallel to maxpo2001 from 20th to 22nd September 2001 in Cologne (K�ln), Germany. Hereby we would like to arouse your interest in presenting your company on this AMIGA-fair.

AMIGA-WORLD-PARK will be fully integrated into the maxpo2001, Germany's biggest Mac-fair with up to 25.000 visitors. Please note that we are happy to offer stands for up to 65% below the normal price as we are sponsoring this event at our expense. So, please don't hesitate to participate! It will be an exciting event, because for the first time since 1999 an AMIGA-fair will take place on the tried and tested Cologne exhibition centre, and because together we have the potential to tempt thousands of active and former AMIGA-users to our stands! We did the best for You and the market - now You can make Your contribution to make this event a turning point in the AMIGA's history!

All documents will be available in English on the official web site at http://www.amiga-messe.de, which will go live July 21.

Bookings (directly at falkemedia to enjoy the lower prices) have to be made until 31st July 2001, 50% payment of the stands until 5th August 2001, the rest until 5th September 2001.

World of Amiga is Back - In the UK!

Time to make a comeback!

On Saturday, 3rd November 2001, Amiga Active magazine - www.amigactive.com will be sponsoring the World of Amiga South East Show, to be held in Brentwood, Essex, UK.

Past Events

AmiWest 2000 - The defining west coast Amiga exhibition, held in Sacramento, CA on July 29 and 30. Amiga President Bill McEwen and Vice President of Distributor and Reseller Sales Petro Tyschtschenko spoke. The Amiga Software Development Kit was on sale at the show.

SEAL Amiga Show - Sept. 10, 2000 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Northlands Park Community Centre in Basildon, Essex, Great Britain.

Pianeta Amiga 2000 - The predominant Amiga-only show in Italy was held in Empoli (Florence) on September 30 and October 1, 2000.

World of Amiga 2000 - Sponsored by Haage and Partner, the world's largest Amiga gathering was held in Koln, Germany.

Amiga 2001 - The steadfast American Amiga show returned to St. Louis, MO on March 30, 31, and April 1, 2001 at the Sheraton Westport Plaza.

K4 - The Kickstart Amiga Show - K4 was held on Saturday May 26th 2001, 12PM - 5PM in association with Eyetech and Analogic. The AmigaOne was on display. Previous events in the UK have only had pictures and diagrams of what is the first new Amiga computer in nearly a decade, but at K4 - The Kickstart Amiga Show they saw the real thing, found out everything there is to know about the new machine and the new Amiga platform. Benelux Amiga Show and Amiga LAN Party - On June 23rd 2001 the Dutch Amiga magazine Amiga Scene and Computer City presented The Benelux Amiga Show and the Amiga LAN Party in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. To see pictures from the event, please visit www.compcity.nl/beneluxamigashow.

AmiWest 2001 - AmiWest 2001 is rolling! The only all-Amiga show on the U.S. West Coast is gearing up for July 28-29, 2001. It will be held in Sacramento California and Amiga will be there so, make your plans to attend now! Please visit the www.sacc.org website for more information.
